NEW YORK CITY (Dec. 8, 2015) — Fuel50, the innovative career pathing software solution, was honored with a prestigious Gold Award for Best Advance in Career Management or Planning Technology in the 2015 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
Fuel50 won for its work with Z Energy, a New Zealand-based company that supplies fuel to retail customers and large commercial customers. After engagement data analysis indicated that career development needed to become a key area of focus, Z Energy partnered with Fuel50 to create a shift in personal career ownership among employees and give them greater insight into “what’s in it for them.” After three years of helping map out potential career paths for employees and tailoring individual support for leaders, Z Energy increased engagement from 66 percent to 78 percent, as well as experienced increased equity value, return of capital employed, as a 34 percent increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS).
