On June 11th 2020, Fuellies internationally and team AIB donned their bow-ties or pearls and joined the Irish HR Champion Awards virtual awards ceremony to celebrate HR Champions in Ireland. We are delighted to announce that Fuel50 clients Allied Irish Banks (AIB) won in the Champion Use of Innovative Technology in HR category, for iExplore!
iExplore is their next-gen career experience platform offered in partnership with Fuel50 and is a core part of their EVP. The platform enables AIB employees to take control of their career, increases self awareness, transparency, flexible capability, provides new opportunities to learn and grow and enhanced mobility and employee experience.
iExplore was customized to give it an AIB look and feel, and show alignment with the various supports, tools and initiatives they already had in place as well as acting as the vehicle to bring together the story of “Careers at AIB”.

The Irish HR Champion Awards celebrate the hard work and dedication of HR teams – operating at the front line, delivering ambitious programmes, impacting business performance and transforming employee experience. The Awards recognise the success, innovation and business focus of HR delivering the best strategies across: Employee Engagement – Talent Acquisition – Corporate Social Responsibility – Employer Branding – Change Management – Wellness Strategy – Learning and Development – Diversity – Leadership. Additionally, AIB picked up an award for Champion Learning and Development Programme and were shortlisted and commended in the Leadership Development Programme category.
